NHS Complaints Advocacy

Our NHS complaints advocates are here to guide people through the NHS complaints process, which can sometimes feel confusing and overwhelming. They can explain what someone needs to do to submit a complaint, and they can offer support along the way. For example, an NHS complaints advocate might help someone write their complaint letter and make sure it is sent off to the right people.

Here in Norfolk, we do NHS complaints work in partnership with a national advocacy organisation called POhWER. That means that if you would like support to do an NHS complaint, you need to get in touch with POhWER to make a referral.

How to make a referral:

If you want to refer yourself or someone else for NHS complaints advocacy, please contact POhWER.
