We empower delegates to feel disability confident, offering an interactive, gentle and non-judgemental space to explore the ways disability is understood and experienced. Throughout the session, we delve into how disability is defined, categorised and viewed, the ever-changing language of disability, and how it can be used to empower, or disempower. We also consider what shapes our perceptions of disability, and how to foster an inclusive and accessible world for Disabled people.
