Getting the Vaccination and what to expect at your appointment

Below is an open letter from NHS Norfolk and Waveney Clinical Commissioning Group regarding the vaccination process.

The letter contains information to reassurance patients, relatives and carers across Norfolk and Waveney, that they know that some people in priority groups for vaccination are still waiting for their appointment. The message is, they are working incredibly hard to roll out the vaccine to those most at risk as soon as they possibly can.

The letter covers:

How and when you will get an appointment for your vaccination

Where you will get your vaccination

Information about attending appointments

Information about emails and texts that claim to be from the NHS but are not

Information about the first and second vaccine doses

The letter is also produced on the CCG’s website at the following link: https://www.norfolkandwaveneyccg.nhs.uk/covid-19-vaccination-programme/17-coronavirus/226-covid-vaccination-letterlatest info
